谨向董事会提出，本次确认中宜附如下建议：
1. 关于“圣堂”（The Sanctum）现已制成之产品及其向各参与差会分配事宜，须依照差会弟兄所通过之方案办理。 2. 授权我最终确立一所大学及（或）实验所之章程；其经费由愿意参与本方案之差会弟兄所属高等教育事工基金拨充。 3. 彼等所陈 “总体筹划” ——即拟订一合作方案，使众差会得以联合从事此项工作——使吾人于大学氛围中，仍得保有与个人心灵自由相符之精神，并与众议既定之方案保持一致…… 4. 关于共同运作事项之联合委员会，已请设立一常设机构，由每一参与差会各派一名代表（共五人）组成，以便进一步研议本方案之细节，并提交差会审议。 5. 各差会如欲参与大学及（或）实验所，得由该差会弟兄推选二人，经董事会认可，依所定规则担任职务； |
