Modify as follows: "Any body participating in the union and desiring to withdraw therefrom shall give to the Senate not less than twelve months' notice in writing of its intention so to withdraw, and the Senate shall promptly forward the same to each of the other participating bodies." |
i. 每一參與協合之團體各指派代表二人;
ii. |
| Note 34. Insert: "who shall promptly forward the same to each of the home Executives". Suggest that term "home Executives" be more carefully defined.
Note 35. Substitute the following: "In order to be adopted, it must then be ratified by unanimous action of the Boards of the participating bodies." Note 36. Draft a section on the appointment of a Board of Trustees in accordance with the following resolution: "That the conference agree to the principle of constituting a Board of Trustees in the home lands who shall, on behalf of the University, hold the deeds of trust and endowments and other property of the University not otherwise provided for." Note 37. Prepare a draft section upon constitution of joint commission in accordance with the following resolution: "That a joint commission consisting of five (5) members appointed in the home lands by the Board of each participating body be constituted by these Boards to represent them in all correspondence and conferences relating to the University, and that an executive committee of the joint commission be created consisting of two representatives of each of the participating Boards." |
